If you are satisfied that your artwork is okay, Printer People will send it straight to print. Printer People will not be held responsible for any errors resulting from an incorrect supplied file or errors discovered after confirmation to print.

Print Ready PDF

Printer People will only print form a print ready PDF, if your artwork is not supplied in this form we can perform a service to create a print ready PDF from the most common file types, there is a charge for this service which varies on the amount of work involved.

A print ready PDF must adhere to the following:

• The document dimensions must match the the dimensions of the printed product you order
• The PDF must be supplied with crop marks and 2mm bleed
• All images must be at least 300dpi and in CMYK format

Approval/Confirmation

We take every care with your job, but we are not infallible. Please check your proof very carefully. Once you accept and instruct us to proceed to print, any errors will be your responsibility and at your cost. It's up to you so again, please check carefully.

If you have signed the PDF proof or given email confirmation and are happy to proceed we will proceed to print. Please note we will not proceed to print until confirmation has been accepted and full payment has been made.

Omissions &s Mistakes

Amends must be made in person or via email only. It is the client's responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustrations.

Printer People are not liable for errors or omissions.

Your signature (or that of your authorised representative or email approval) is required on all mechanicals or artwork prior to release for printing or other implementation.

Turnaround

All time scales or delivery dates are approximated and Printer People cannot be held responsible for print/delivery delays.
